• 8/16/26Banh xeo crispy where it should be, veggies packed separately so they're fresh. Really yummy. Fish sauce for Banh xeo is sweet and garlicky.

• 9/20/25Packaging 5/5 (double bagged sauce and separated crushed peanuts & bean sprouts). Taste 3/5 (noodles are slightly dried; the grilled meat is painfully dried which is a shame since there's such a generous portion of it; the shrimp thing I ordered extra is fine but nothing to drive home about). Not recommended.

appropriate portion size (large for an average person!) fresh greens and tender meats. been ordering bun bo hue around the town and always come back for this one!́

• 11/23/25banh beo is delicious and you get a good amount, veggie bun bo hue was extremely salty to the point where i couldn't finish it but the regular bun bo hue is delicious and well balanced
