Once again, I didn't get everything I ordered and paid for. We love the food, but, there is always one side, or one meal missing. Mashed Potatoes and Gravy was missing this time. Never order 2 identical chicken dinners, as they never notice there are 2. Get a different side on each one. But that didn't work this time, as the extra side of Mashed Potatoes and Gravy was missing.

The chicken tenders aren't as good as their bone -in fried chicken(which is outstanding) The single size sides are listed as serving 1-2 . Let me clarify 1-2 TODDLERS. There was literally ONE CUP(Measured) in our single mashed, and less than a cup of mac n cheese. Over $4 that's high even considering delivery upcharge and hardly enough for one, and way off from serving 2.

Dont order the pepperoni with the old world pepperonis on them. They will never put them on. I gave them a few chances because their pizza is pretty good. But not adding a topping that makes the pizza MORE expensive is rude. Either you're false advertising having the old world or your employees don't care.

We loved our 4 Piece Dinners. The chicken was really good and hot so was the potatoes and Gravy. Will probably order again. Need butter for the biscuit added.

I was supposed to get 1 large Cactus bread cinnamon but they had to get me 2 medium ones instead. The lady who delivered them only gave me one medium instead of 2 medium. I called store and they said it should have been 2 medium. He said they were on the counter to take. Evidently the lady kept one of the mediums or I don't know what happened to it. I called door dash and pizza Ranch gave me two more mediums. I want to thank Pizza Ranch for being so kind in a bad situation. My opinion, this lady should have been more careful!
