Offal was fantastic. They sent me this very pebbly, firmer and darker stomach tripe and the collagen tendon was simultaneously butter and crunch. It's hard to find a spot that will send such quality cut for that price - definitely recommend to anyone with a bite for late night Tripe like myself.

Any Four Toppings任意4样配料 is a soup made of your choice, including flavorful broth, tender pork and juicy veggies. Highly recommend their mini sausages as a topping, they are very tasty.
