This was the 2nd order in a row, from this exact restaurant, that I have had shockingly poor quality and incomplete items.
Today it was a breakfast wrap with only 1/2 the listed ingredients (missing both pieces of bacon and 1 piece of the cheese), a caramel latte that had no caramel flavouring and was only partially full (3" out of a 5" cup, I measured because the app required a picture in order to submit my complaint). The order was so delayed today that all 5 of the items in it were poor quality - smoothie partially melted and the hot items, were cold. But it is tough to know where the responsibility for that delay lies.
With the 2nd order from several days ago, I paid for a side of gravy for my fries. It was so watery it was equivalent to broth. And not usable for the purpose ordered (unless you like to dip your fries in soup, I guess).
I'm not sure who is working nights at this location right now, but it is fairly clear they need some performance management. I'll avoid ordering from this location again until it is clear those problems have been resolved.

Why would you pack a frozen drink in with hot food.? Thanks for the melted frozen Rootbeer. Way overpriced, when I can get a larger slurpee at 7 Eleven. Also, You charged me over $8 for paper thin chicken strips, very overpriced. Wont be ordering A&W again for the outlandish prices.

The patties were old, the lettuce and tomato was bland and old, it wasn't fresh at all i could eat it

burger was ok but fries were not fresh.
while I appreciate why you don't allow 'special intructions' for the app, it would be nice to have a 'no bun' option. also, it does not allow for anything but a black coffee.
