Food tastes yummy and fresh, and the suya with the right amount of spice. Aboki grills have definitely upped their game.

Tried Aboki Combo which all tasted like leftovers . The lamb was nice enough as was the chicken drumstick, but I found the jollof rice overly oily. I paid extra for the plantains but the small cubes were so dry and leathery I could not chew through them, disappointing as I usually love plantains. The house-made juice was an unexpected delight - like a spiced blueberry pie filling in beverage form - it was a balm to the spicy meal.

Ordered the grilled lamb. Super small portion and it was only lamb and couple strands of onions, no carbs etc. Although the flavour was good ill give it that, I would not order this again at this price. At that price i expect a complete meal.

The portion was great and the Aboki Jollof Rice was average, but the turkey that came with it tasted stale. I wasn't sure at first but the leftover one I had the day after definitely tasted like it had gone bad.
Fresh Hibiscus Drink (Zobo, Sorrel, Roselle, Agua De Jamaica, Karkadé) the zobo had too much sweetener and there was an artificial aftertaste I couldn't quite place.
I don't think i would order next time.
