The Ye-beg Lega Tibs was good and flavor so much so that the flavors compliment each other perfectly so they all well balanced together. While on the other hand the Kitfo was good and spicy. It takes a min to get used to but with the accompanying greens and cheese and the slow burn from the spices somehow makes it hard to put down.

Me personally it's not worth $21 . And it doesn't come with and sides but the bread .
Don't get me wrong it has great and authentic flavor and it has premium meat .
I just feel like the portion of meat should be worth $21 .

I crave their food regularly and it never disappoints! I always get the veggie and meat samplers so I can have a bit of everything and it's just perfect. The portions are enough that my husband and I have leftovers, which I love because YAY Ethiopian for lunch too!

Got the veggie sampler. I've had a lot of Ethiopian food in DC and this just isn't up to snuff. I'm guessing it stays open because it's the only option for Ethiopian for dinner in Richmond. I've never had oily injera before today. green beans were stringy. Admittedly both of the lentil dishes and the cabbage were pretty good. But this feels like the flavor is toned down from what it should be.

I am quite disappointed with my food this time. I have ordered here numerous times and I'm usually very pleased. The vegetable dishes lacked seasoning and my potatoes were extremely hard. Another thing that disappointed me was the portion size. Overall, I would appreciate the passion being placed back in the food due to there being a limited amount of Ethiopian restaurants in the area. Thank you!
