I order ice cream from here alot. Only problem is I always order hand scooped and they only do it sometimes. Hand scooped tastes fresher. Hand scooped also cost $2 more so I always have to asked for a refund. Its frustrating.

Not going to lie, was pretty disappointed getting my order. The root beer float was supposed to come with everything on the side, but it arrived already combined with only the topping on the side. And the ice cream in the float had already completely melted by the time I got it. The pints seemed okay, slightly melted, but at least the freezer can save them unlike my float :<
