I got the Brisket Grilled Cheese Combo and the AJ's Texas Tots, and they werent bad, but they also weren't worth 10-ish dollars a piece. Better to just go for pure brisket next time.

The AJ's Texas tots were NOT worth eating. No jalapeno just bacon wrapped around a tater tot covered in cheese. No ranch sent with like in description. The brisket quesadilla was ok. Pretty disappointed

Brisket felt like it was boiled and the ribs were dry. Definetly  not recommended.
