Just the right amount of food! The spicy chicken lunch bento box was delicious!  Spicy chicken had great flavor.  The tempura vegetables/shrimp was great too.  And the spring roll?  So good.  The whole meal gets an A+

The container it came in was great too, and kept everything separate in transit and made it so easy to eat.

I have eaten here many times I have never had a bad meal The food is always spot on and some of the best sushi I found in Ohio the play girl and the Akashi roll are some of my favorites. I can't remember, which gets the fire lighted underneath, but it really brings out the flavor their extensive menu has  something for everyone. They're a bit pricey, but worth the amount you pay. My only slight complaint would be to go orders. Need to be double checked because I've had something left off more than once, but the Food amazing!￼

We ordered from Akashi on DoorDash after a long and frustrating evening elsewhere, and it absolutely saved the night.

The sushi was fresh, cold, and clearly handled properly, exactly how it should be. Everything tasted amazing, was well-packaged, and arrived in perfect condition. You could immediately tell the difference in quality and care. The flavors were great, the portions were solid, and nothing felt rushed or sloppy.

After a night of chaos, Akashi reminded us what good service and good food are supposed to be. This is exactly why we keep coming back — consistent, reliable, and genuinely delicious.

We’ll absolutely be ordering again. Highly recommend.

After my first visit, I came back again and again  because the food is consistently excellent. The natto, oshinko, ika, ikura, mackerel, and tamago were highlights for me. The seafood is very fresh. It’s the kind of restaurant that rewards ordering beyond the usual rolls. As someone coming from the Seattle area, I wasn’t expecting to discover one of the highlights of my trip in a sushi restaurant near Wright-Patt, but here we are. One of the best surprises of my trip.

The Grilled Squid was a perfect portion and flavorful. I wanted it to go with a dish I'd made. It's a perfect small meal or addition to a larger dish.
