So it's been awhile since I've had Alabama Ques. To be honest I was abit hesitant ordering through DoorDash because I didnt want the quality to be substandard. Oh boy, was I wrong! The food is amazing, I ordered the Turkey Tips with Greens and Mac. Tender Turkey Tips, creamy Mac and seasoned to perfection Greens! A must try!

Intermittent fasting has you ready to eat a full course healthy, filling meal. I decided to go with Turkey Tips with Greens and Green Beans with a side of Mac and Small Mac & Cheese. Alabama Que never fails.
The quality of meat is still one of my favorite parts of the restaruat. It is smoked nearly to perfection and the gold sauce adds the chef kiss to an already good taste.
Years ago I did not like the sides at Alabama Que. No longer the case today. The Mac and Small Mac & Cheese is cheesy and creamy and taste like home! The greens are seasoned well and an ever so slight crunch to the greens, like I like them!

Best barbecue I've had in a long time  the rib tips were tender. The greens were cooked to perfection. The potato salad had great flavor and the macaroni and cheese was like if I made it myself.  and the peach cobbler was so delicious everything that I tasted was absolutely amazing. Will definitely add this to my list of favorites when I am traveling in the area again.

We got the Turkey Tips with Mac and Yams.. So freaking good! I get the medium sauce which is my favorite. Yams aren't too syrupy with perfect amount of sweet. Mac is so cheesy and yummy! The tips are the show!!! So tender and juicy!! Peach Cobbler is just like grandma makes it. I swear it tastes like someone's grandma is in the back cooking!!! Reminds me of my own!

The taste of my order was fine. Mostly everything was the ideal temperature except for the greens. I really wanted some vegetables so I was disappointed that there was SO MUCH meat in my green beans and cabbage when I also ordered Turkey Tips. There was more meat than greens, cabbage and green beans. The Turkey tips texture was just right too. The Apple Cobbler was okay, a good flavor, but I like a different texture. The topping was like a Dutch crumble with some oats sprinkled in which I was not a fan of. I will try them again, just different items.
