I am a native Texan who knows good Mexican and this is delicious Mexican food!! Try the lemon chicken quesadilla was wonderful! The house made sauces are great too.

I am writing to you today as a loyal and frequent customer of Alberto's Mexican Food. I have long appreciated your fast service, generous portions, and excellent Mexican staple items like your carne asada fries and breakfast burritos. However, I am writing to express a growing frustration regarding a significant gap in your current menu: the total absence of a classic cheeseburger.
While I understand that Alberto’s is primarily a Mexican fast-food establishment, the reality of dining out today involves accommodating diverse groups of people. Every time my friends, family, or coworkers decide to eat together, we face a veto dilemma. There is almost always at least one person in the group who either does not eat Mexican food or is simply craving a classic American cheeseburger. Because your menu completely lacks this option, our group is frequently forced to choose a different restaurant altogether, costing you valuable business.
Furthermore, offering a cheeseburger is already a proven, highly successful tradition among many classic Southern California-style Mexican drive-thrus. Many of your direct competitors successfully bridge this gap by offering a simple, high-quality charbroiled or flat-top cheeseburger alongside their tacos and burritos. It serves as the perfect "veto-breaker" item. Your kitchens are already equipped with flat-top grills, shredded cheese, lettuce, onions, and tomatoes. Adding beef patties and buns would require minimal operational changes while drastically increasing your appeal to families and late-night crowds.
I strongly urge your culinary and management teams to consider adding a cheeseburger to the menu. It would solve a major inconvenience for groups like mine, keep your loyal customers from taking their business elsewhere, and undoubtedly boost your overall sales.

The breakfast bacon burrito is AMAZING I used to go get Burritos from Betos in by 12th street Ogden and these are phenomenally better. THANK YOU FOR BEING IN PARK CITY!!!!!!!!!!!
