I gave 3 stars because the food is good. Especially the Fried Chicken. It's SO GOOD!
The problem was the Albertsons deli (only) app doesn't work AND the employees of the deli have no clue of what it is or what it says. On this specific app, it lists an item and a price. It DOES NOT SAY HOW MUCH OF THAT ITEM you receive. That leaves one to assume that it is a single side-the price pretty much confirms the assumption....
THANK GOD for my wonderful Dasher Steven who took the time and trouble to call me and try to translate between the deli and me. The deli people had never seen what I ordered from. Steven saved the day! I got my order quickly, the chicken was still warm, and very fresh. (which is why my family loves their Fried Chicken.
To save yourself the trouble, just use the Albertsons grocery store choice instead of the Albertsons deli choice. The store makes you input how much you want to receive and pay for, the Albertsons deli doesn't. Avoid the confusion.
