I ordered the Dozen Roses - Yellow for someone multiple times now and theyre always amazing and pretty. Thank you Albertsons for doing a great job every time.

Unfortunately, this order was not what I expected. I ordered two floral bouquets and apparently both were sold out. So they substituted both bouquets but instead of getting two bouquets I received one bouquet and a balloon. I wanted flowers not a $6 balloon. I don't mind the substitution but I would have preferred two floral bouquets.
