Chirashi ?FIRE. OMAKASE?Ya, gonna have to call the fire department for this one since this one is FIREFIRE. I've eating their OMAKASE when it was a beautiful price of $36. It's still worth it at its price IMO.

Unfortunately, somehow, for my order, the rice was so mushy, it can be compared to porridge. Since the sushi rice was so mushy, it couldn't stand up to the raw fish and made the whole texture go off to the wrong deep end. The texture was incredibly disappointing and turned disgusting with some of the raw fish being not fresh. The roll started off barely edible and turned inedible when the sushi rice changed to mushy. which was very unfortunate since the raw fish on that was okay. Overall, quality control for the night was off and the most unfortunate happened.

A bit expensive for the quality of the food. Be careful when ordering to go. The soup container leaks.

Best sushi in Fremont and best people running it. We order from here at least twice per month and ever is always fresh and delicious.
