I just had the best amatos in my life. I got 2 small pizzas and a pazzo, each were cooked perfectly and arrived hot and looked and smelled so appealing. 10/10 will be back. My dasher was wicked fast to so that was awesome.

Everything was superb. The sausage was cold however, which I do not expect what I have to pay two dollars for one small piece of sausage. And they're always out of the brownies and I always have to take the tasteless ones with sour green

I typically try to address issues privately when I’m dissatisfied with an order, but after multiple problems, that approach doesn’t seem to be making a difference. For that reason, I think other DoorDash customers should know what to expect from this Amato’s location.
To be fair, the sandwich was made exactly as ordered and was excellent. In fact, it was the best part of the entire experience and the reason I’m giving credit where it’s due.
Unfortunately, 3 of the 5 items in the order were completely wrong. One mistake is understandable. Having more than half the order be incorrect is not. Even if DoorDash reimburses the missing or incorrect items, that doesn’t make up for the inconvenience, the wasted food, or the tip that was based on an order I never actually received.
I’m glad the sandwich was finally done right, but order accuracy remains a significant issue. If you’re ordering from this location through DoorDash, be aware that there appears to be a real risk that a substantial portion of your order may not arrive as requested.
Chips entirely different brand for one ( puctured as Ruffles on site), different flavor for another and a blonde brownie as opposed to a cookie.

I placed an order for a ham, Italian and a bag of Humpty Dumpty barbecue chips. I did not get Humpty Dumpty barbecue chips. I got Humpty Dumpty all dressing chips. It wouldn't have been too difficult for someone from a model and say hey we don't have any Humpty Dumpty barbecue chips? What would you like instead? I do that with my business. There's no reason why Amato's can't do it with theirs. Very poor customer service.

the wrapping on all 3 sandwiches was horrible. the sandwiches were half exposed and out of the wrapper. the sandwiches were squished from wrapping them too tight. the bread fell apart upon unwrapping and all 3 sandwiches are inedible and had to get thrown away.
