Everything is made fresh and with love her barbeque sauce is to die for best Mac and cheese in town. If you don't want to cook and want some good ole soul food. Anessa's is the place to be. Oh and good quanity you get alot of food

What a disappointment! The Styrofoam containers were half of the normal size of a normal dinner. $22.99 It only contained 2 rib bones when every other restaurant offers at least 4. You only got a tablespoon of the sides and I paid an additional $5 for a tablespoon of mixed greens and cabbage with hardly no greens in it at all. Paid $2 for the smallest serving of corn bread imaginable . Don't Waste Your Money!! Skimping the way they do, you're getting about half of what you pay for. I know fresh macaroni and cheese when I taste it, and this ain't that They should be ashamed.

Fish was amazing no fishy taste and fried hard as requested cabbage and cornbread was good mac had funny taste and texture I've had better mac but overall good for the price it's not overly expensive I'd buy from her again

the (2) Smothered Pork Chops and 2 Sides were good until I found the long hair. the rice and gravy was underseasoned but salt helped. dirty rice was bland and nothing dirty about it. paid a whopping $3 for a half cup of canned green beans. so yeah. I won't order again. chops are good tasting, but the hair....

once again crispy pork chops were delish. Mac and cheese is on point! got double Mac and cheese for my 2 sides! cornbread great. wanted street corn cob but out of stock (disappointed) cuz it is also wonderful so nice to have something good for the price that isn't fast food!!
