Disappointing experience especially for a first impression. One of our items was not included (door dash reimbursed) which sucked because it was the sandwich, which was one persons full meal. My sandwich was included but was not good. The bread was chewy and tough and included two extremely thin and floppy tasteless pieces of bacon. Way more bread than anything in between. The hash browns were good but were not as advertised. The photo shows medallion tator tot type hash browns. What we got was two triangles. The chai tea was okay but not my preference- it's very "herbal" tasting. The only redeeming factor was the cinnamon roll which is very large, and it was fresh and tasty. Won't order again, there's way better places for breakfast that are worth the price tag and won't take 1.5 hrs to deliver.

The hash browns were delicious with the right amount of flavor and a good side portion. Everything was super fresh and would totally order again!

This is my 4th or 5th order. The food is always great and I loved my drink as well. The big sticker on the cup wouldn't come off. I would recommend a smaller sticker on the cup if your using them. But is always a great choice regardless.

I love their food and their drinks. Only gripe I have is that the last few times I've ordered the Cloud Top for my iced coffees and I didn't get it. Not a huge deal. The attention to detail is lacking sometimes, but everything is still always delicious.
