Sooo good! My favorite poke spot closed and I've been in search for a spot as good and this place hits it out of the park. Great variety, portions were more than enough to fill me up, the flavor and texture of fish was nice and fresh. Can't wait for the next time I can order :)

The Vegetarian Ramen was so good!! The tofu was nice and crispy the noodles were not too soft and the vegetarian broth was very tasty! I also enjoyed the spinach rangoons! Portions aren't huge and I did add on extra tofu but it is perfectly adequate! It's nice to have lots of added veggies in things without the added price. I will definitely order from here again!

First and foremost, wow!! What a great meal! Everything from the rice to the fish was incredibly fresh. Normally I'm weary of fish in Colorado but I was pleasantly surprised. For the price it was also a wonderful portion size!! I got the build your own bowl and it was awesome! I love that the crab mixture is included and isn't an extra charge! Can't wait to order again soon!!!

I highly recommend the spicy salmon nachos! I have gotten them twice now and they are really delicious. The chips have a great crunchy texture and the jalapeño blends perfectly with the poke-style salmon and is tempered by the sweet sauce and seaweed. I'm still thinking about it! :) I like to have a peach Ramune soda afterwards to cut any remaining spiciness. Asuka Ramen and Poke is a must try!

We ordered the vegetarian ramen. There wasn't much flavor overall and there wasn't a full half egg, only a few bits of chopped egg. Spinach cheese wontons were okay but they came with sweet and sour sauce that did not go well with the flavor. They did not include chopsticks.
