I usually don't leave a negative review but this order was just horrible.
I did not get the Crispy Cajun Shrimp either because the store forgot it or the delivery guy did, but the Volcano Burger arrived.
The burger's meat was bland, did not feel like chewing a good burger meat, and the shrimps in the burger were the absolute worst. They were hard, rubbery, and tasteless. The only good part was the fries, which was too heavily salted as well.

Tenders were solid. Chicken sandwich was not my jam. It was a super thin pounded cutlet of chicken folded, not a nice juicy tender chicken breast or thigh you'd want on a sandy.

Great food, but they're repeatedly making mistakes in order preparations - "forgetting" to include side items lie fries, and shortchanging on wings count, etc.
It would have been easier to believe it was an honest mistake, if (1) it didn't happen with multiple orders, and if (2) the wings count was randomly wrong both ways - sometimes more, sometimes less. When it's always less and you're always shortchanged on the food you order - that paints a different picture

2 of 3 burgers were wrong and were covered with jalapeños. They fixed it though. Im giving 5 starts because eff it, these burgers are suuuuuuper dankie.
