Tried the shawarma platter and the chicken Ayam Zaman Mandi/ ايامزمان مندي both of which were just too good! Highly recommend this restaurant!

I’m writing to express my disappointment with my recent orders from your restaurant. Unfortunately, the quality and service were far below expectations. This is actually the third time I’ve ordered from you, and each time my experience has been worse.
You often change my order without informing me, the prices are high, and the portions are very small. I recently ordered beef shawarma, but the meat was of very poor quality, and I honestly couldn’t tell what kind of meat it was. I also ordered mandi, and the rice was cold and in such a small portion that it looked like it was made for birds.
I’m very disappointed, especially since I had hoped things would improve. I truly hope you take this feedback seriously and work on improving your food quality and service.

I visited this restaurant to pick up an order, but when I got home, I realized that some items were missing. I called the restaurant to resolve the issue, but unfortunately, I didn’t receive much assistance over the phone. I had to return in person to collect the missing items.
When I arrived, I was surprised by the owner's behavior. Instead of addressing the situation professionally, the interaction became unpleasant — the owner spoke in a rude and dismissive manner, using language and a tone that I found entirely inappropriate.
After this experience, I won’t be returning, and I can’t recommend this place to others.
