I order the Sake (N) & Maguro (N) sushi. It is like butter that melts in your mouth. Tried another place but the grade of fish wasn't as good. I haven't had anymore Sake that smelled "fishy". I believe the time when I complained about being "fishy" smell was just a fluke! I haven't experienced that smell since.. and I have ordered many times!

The teriyaki salmon was "swimming" in teriyaki sauce, and they even put more in a small container next to my food! Lol! I love their tempura dipping sauce though!
The Yaki Onigiri (salmon) is a waste of money; the salmon is tooo dry and the rice has no flavor. Too bad Shalala closed; theirs tasted like it was grilled in soy sauce and butter.😋
Very unsatisfied with our $128 Azuma dinner.

I love azuma but the last time I ordered the salmon teriyaki it was so disappointing. The salmon fillets were so thin & dry. Not to the usual standard. I've ordered it before & it 20 times better. I don't know what happened? I will still order from there but probably not the salmon any more because it's expensive to be disappointed.

Sake smelled fishy. Only got one soy sauce I normally get 2 because I share. So that became a problem. The ginger was old with brown discoloration . Never seen that before. I will have to wait until my usual nights from now on to order which is Friday but usually Saturday night. Never a problem with anything on those nights.

Fresh and delicious Salmon Teriyaki (D). The sushi rolls are just a bit too big and hard to eat. Really good though.
