I wasn't expecting the sandwich to be that big and juicy and good but man that super fire! I would definitely be ordering here again!

Food was cold, not like slightly cool from being transported but rubbery cold like it was precooked 6 hours earlier. The Cheesy Chick has no cheese. Cheese tots were not served as pictured. They are in a box with a drizzle of cheese over them which, by the way, was like cement it was so cold. Would not order again

The food was decent and the chicken was nicely crunchy and yummy, however, my main issue is that they no longer had the Honolulu Chicken sandwich and instead of contacting me to check for a substitution so my order is ready when I get there as requested, they waited for me to arrive just to tell me they don't have that and never made anything. So now I have to wait at least 20 mins for food I had scheduled which made me late to pick up kids from school and is very frustrating. Some extra communication would be nice and to make sure menu items are updated online so they're not disappointed when you don't really have that item and make customer wait unnecessarily. And the sweet potato fries were kind of soggy and not as appetizing. And instead of the Honolulu Chicken sandwich, I got the Hot Chick sandwich since there weren't many options and I had seconds to decide.

THE HOT CHICK COMBO did not come with the hot tots side. This is my second time ordering from here and both times I've had to refund the Shakes because they were out. This time they had the dasher call me and try to get me to sub in a soda instead, which should be way less than what I paid for the shake. It is clear to me at this point that this place is pretty scummy. DO NOT ORDER HERE.

My first time eating here. Had the Honolulu hot chicken and omg. So freaking good. Could've done with more heat but still really really tasty. Definitely will eat here again.
