Awesome queso, very cheesy. It doeshavd a bit of a kick to it and does have peppers in it. If you like a little spice, its really good. If you like really spicy it may not be spicy enough. Love to build my own burrito. Best way to go! One week imag have chicken, another pork, or perhas steak. If you love veggies you can pile them on, if not you can leave them out. The options are endless! Also, they don't charge extra for the guacamole, like some other places.

Worst meal we've ever had at Baja Jacks. The fish tacos were soggy with very little fish and tasteless; the carnitas were very chewy with a little crunch and dripping grease. The queso was very watery as was the un- Fire salsa. This isn't normal for Baja Jacks. Maybe we'll try again someday.

The BYOB To Go is amazing. I love being able to customize my burrito the way that I want; and not to mention, it's always a burst of flavors every time. Also if you love queso, you've gotta try their queso

I got a byob burrito! and it was excellent! I also got a kids Cheese Quesadilla and it was also very delicious, my kid loved it ! We got some free salsa included in our order , as well as a queso . Very cheesy and delicious!!!

Love the food but every time I order corn tortillas I get flour. My husband is gluten free so we have to have corn. Last time it happened Baja sent over new tacos which was wonderful. This time it was for a business lunch and we didn't have time to wait so I traded my order with him.
