the paneer biryani is great. so is the punugulu and other snacks.

Mutton biryani isn't great, more spicy than normal (it feels like garam masala spice not biryani spice).
Never buy tawa fish - 4 small pieces, all stale and dripping red oil. I had a few bites and threw it all.

This was honestly one of the worst biriyani experiences I’ve had. The rice was clearly not fresh – it tasted like it was cooked the day before and was so hard and crunchy that I couldn’t even get through a few spoons. We ordered 2 boxes and one of them had barely any meat pieces at all. On top of that, the food didn’t look or smell fresh, which made me very uncomfortable even thinking about giving it to my kids. For $35, this was a complete waste of money. Our Friday night dinner was ruined and we ended up throwing it away. Extremely disappointed and definitely never ordering from here again.

Curry Leaf Chicken is saggy uncooked chicken with lots of oil.Pachi Mirchi Boneless Chicken Biryani is too greasy i have to throw whole Pachi Mirchi Boneless Chicken Biryani after couple of bites.

Very disappointing experience both online and in person. I ordered a thali expecting a proper vegetarian meal with a good variety of curries, but what I received had hardly any proper veg curry items and felt incomplete.
What’s more frustrating is that even when visiting the restaurant in person, they consistently say the thali is not available. This has happened multiple times—even after calling in advance to confirm availability. It feels very misleading and poorly managed.
If a thali is listed on the menu, it should be reliably available or clearly communicated when it’s not. Overall, this has been a frustrating experience, and I hope they improve their service and consistency.
