First time having bamboo. Absolutely incredible. We had the Shishito PeppersGreen Machine W/ SalmonAlbacore Crispy Onion and Crispy Rice Spicy Salmon all were so so so good. I want to visit in person now.

Terribly disappointing. First,the restaurant did not provide chopsticks. The sushi rolls were miniature, bland and a waste of money. When Bamboo first opened the rolls were large or normal size and tasty. Clearly this place is cutting corners. Order elsewhere.

Pretty decent sushi. I have Celiac's and I'm glad that it's gluten-free. I think there was slightly too much aioli, but creative and unique flavors!

Bamboo Crispy Rice Spicy Tuna was terrible, overcooked and just didnt taste good, tamago was bland. The only thing that was passable was Friday the 13th. Def not worth price. I'll never order again.
