living in melbourne,theres almost 2 or 3 banh mi spots in every second suburb.
i thought i had tried them all.
i thought i found the best in Footscray.
Then,i ordered from here.
Hands down,no doubt the best Banh mi in west melbourne,if not,Melbourne.
The rolls were just out of the oven,soft and delicious,the fillings fresh and tasty,not stingy at all on servings size.
if you are buying your Banh Mi from anywhere else,you are wasting your time and money,trust me.
Thanks guys,im converted,im only ever getting my Banh Mi from you from now on

Amazing banh mi! Packed full of meat and fresh vegetables. The Lemongrass Beef tasted freshly stiron fried, the Crackling Pork was fresh and the crackle was crunchy. Its my new go to banh mi place.

Since the "lemongrass beef" is not on the menu, I left a note requesting to change it, and they did! with added charge of course but, this is worthy to call one of the best banh mi I've ever had, all the ingredients are fresh, and the portion is balanced generously. I'm definitely gonna remember these flavours forever in my life.

The quality and taste meets expectations. The Barbeque Pork and Barbeque Chicken were packed with meat and had a high level of freshness.
Though I am slightly disappointed by the Taro Milk Tea, it was 50% ice, but still tastes good. Portion however...
I would order again to try the other menu items.

I have been buying my Banh Mi's here for years, ocassionally i might try elsewhere to see what the competition is doing but I ALWAYS end up coming back to Banh Mi Viet. They are always so well put together and the flexibility of the menu Add/Remove is so good. On a personal note the inclusion of Beetroot in the Bacon & Egg is GENUIS.
