• 7/13/22Amazing store and service! I swear the employees go out of their way to make your experience better. Food was amazing and I live 20 minutes from the store. Pretzel Sticks ARE AMAZING!!! The cheese that comes with them stays hot and doesn't curdle! The pizza is phenomenal.

• 1/18/23Used to love this chain, but not sure if it's going downhill or it's just this location. Ordered a pizza slice (which typically got you two huge slices) and a meatball sandwich... but when the order arrived we got two bone dry pizza slices (one that was about 3/4 of what you used to get, the other was about 1/2) that looked like they had been sitting in a warmer all day and a bone dry Italian beef sandwich, all after paying higher price than what it used to cost.
Ate the order cause we were starving, but if I'm going to get an incorrect order, with less food, and significantly lower quality, all for ever-increasing prices I'll just order from somewhere else next time.

• 7/1/24Ordered a Stuffed Pizza. Pizza was like Deep Dish. Thick crust and bottom with topping open on top. Not like a Stuffed should be. Thin crust Stuffed with ingredients then thin topping. Not like this and paid for Sausage and pepperoni. barley any Sausage or Pepperoni. Pepperoni was super thin as can see on fork. Fork is thicker. Wasted $30 on Pizza worth $2. And ordered STUFFED but received DEEP DISH INSTEAD!!! With barely any toppings but tons of sauce so you can't see. Very Disappointed will be ordering pizza from PIZZA PETES from now on. And been fan of Barraccos for years. It's sad....

• 11/27/22The pizza was very dry, there was very little sauce and the sausage we paid for as an additional topping was sparse at best. The Italian Kettle Chips were cooked perfectly, but the topping was inedible. Once we scraped that off they were fine,
