I want to extend my sincere appreciation to Basil for an exceptional meal. While the food was fresh and flavorful, the outstanding customer service is what truly impressed me. After a New Year’s Eve DoorDash mishap where my order wasn’t properly canceled, I reached out to the restaurant to resolve a refund issue.
To my surprise, the manager called me back after-hours to personally handle the situation. Without any hesitation or defensiveness, he offered to replace my meal and included a complimentary dessert and salad. His warmth and genuine hospitality turned a frustrating situation into a fantastic experience.
Mistakes happen, but Basil proved that how you handle them is what matters most. Between the top-tier service and the delicious food, I will definitely be a returning customer. Thank you, Basil, for going above and beyond to make things right.

French Fries & Blue Cheese Dip were flavorful but undercooked. Don't use a photo showing four Kibbeh Crockets if quantity is two. Did like the flavor. The Crab Fritters were very good. Assorted Empanadas the dough was great but didn't like the fillings. Sorry!
