My favorite ice cream restaurant of all times. I've been eating Baskin Robbins since I was a kid and still eating and enjoying their ice cream as an adult.

I have ordered the banana split in the store twice within the past 3 days in the store and was more than satisfied. I didn't have to upcharge to get the size I ordered in the store. I didn't feel like going out today and ordered with DoorDash. The Banana Split was so tiny and had hardly any toppings. I called and was told that the scoops are like a kid scoop and if I wanted a bigger size I needed to upcharge. I didn't see where you could upcharge and never had I upcharged in the store. Hardly any hot fudge. Go into the store and if you want a normal size then DoorDash order with michoacana factory.

I ordered a 3 scoop sundae and received a 2 scoop sundae instead. I love Baskin-Robbins and I order this item frequently, in their defense, this was the first time this happened. However, it is not right to pay for something and get less than it is supposed to be. The person making the order mistake not the Dasher. The Dasher did his work efficiently.

They didnt have the 10-12 person box cake i ordered in stock and i got sent a 4 person cake of much less value.
