The Triple Scoop was great but they forgot to add my marshmallow topping. This has happened before but I've never written about it before today. It's just that I paid for it...I should have received it.

Bad communication are better yet lack of communication cause they were out of stock on something and they did not let me know It's like they didn't want my money I didn't care that's why I like 32° gourmet ice cream. They call and verify if they're out even though it's through DoorDash, they still called the customer

my frozen dessert Milkshake was milk not ice cream. my dasher said employees were sitting on counter when she arrived the store. very unhappy.

I thought it was funny that the Milkshake I ordered had a protection sticker for the straw, but the lid could have been lifted up easily. the shale was good.

The order was a double scoop for $16.80. The scoops weee very small and a very little whipping cream. Not worth the money.
