We really like this store IF we go in ourselves. When (every time so far) we have it delivered, it's pretty pitiful effort and it's NEVER full. Example - the Banana Royale we ordered tonight had TWO slivers of a banana. My Reese's sundae was mostly peanut butter sauce on the bottom.

My Banana Royale arrived looking pretty sad... more like soup than a sundae and the dish was literally only half full. A pitiful portion for a sundae that I paid over $10 for. My Granddaughter's Creature Creations® Unicorn was much better and she was thrilled. Our Jamoca® Almond Fudge Boxed Novelty Bars were not delivered at all... completely MIA, which I hold the Dasher responsible for. If he was paying attention to the order details, there is no way he could have missed a whole box of 4 ice cream bars missing from the order.
Customer Service failures on the part of the store and the dasher, which is sadly becoming the norm and will eventually lead to lost business. Also missing were the spoons and napkins requested - clearly visible on the receipt.

premium pricing yet the Sundae was about half full about 3" from the top of lid. so paid full price for half the item. not great when paying premium pricing plus dasher tip to get half the item.

I've ordered a few times and not sure why i keep doing it. Every time I order a REESE'S® Peanut Butter Cup Layered Sundae it comes half full and barely has any ice cream. I reached out to the store and a manage said he would send me coupons but he never did. I won't be visiting them again and highly recommend against ordering from them unless you want to pay high prices and be shorted on product.
