The Banana Royals was the best I ever had! More than adequate scoops of ice cream! Topping was superb! Enough to add flavor but not too much to cover up the flavor of the ice cream! Well done ice cream sundae maker!

Theres always something wrong with the order. This time it was the layered sundae and the fact that it didnt even fill the cup. And wasnt made right. Was just ice cream, caramel and reeses cups. Love baskin robbins but this keeps happening

Asked for Carmel on the brownie Sunday. Didnt get any!! The Banana Split was SOOO messy it was the hardest thing to eat especially in an hotel. The photos were taken as soon as we got the items.The milkshake came without ANY safety stickers on it! The delivery driver was the best part of this experience!

First time I ordered, everything was perfect. Second time order - horrible. Tiny portions - Triple Scoop is 1.5 scoop. Should have 2 cones sent with scoops - none included. Banana Split ridiculous tiny portions. Tried to call business - went to vm "not accepting msgs". Will never order from this business again. I suggest you not either. We are very disappointed and you will be too.
