Ordered the 2 Scoop Sundae and was told they don't do the types of ice cream (cookies & cream with Reese's peanut butter cup) then told they don't do the topping I ordered (chocolate syrup and cookie dough) so I had to get my money back and then I ordered a cookies and cream Milkshake which tasted great but they always underfill it by at least an inch and a half from the top

The pint was only half full when we opened it. We got a pint and a separate single scoop and it was the same amount of ice cream as the single scoop. It's hard to want to order again if we risk paying the amount for a pint and getting only half

They gave me wrong item I asked for a Oreo shake and got vannila but the milkshake I would rate it a 7/10 very milky

2 scoop sundae was Great! Driver was efficient and called when substitutions were warranted.
But this next comment has to do with Baskin Robbins not the driver, they never have vanilla ice cream, butter pecan!! Strange for staples to be out so frequently. Check the inventory!!
