This store went above and beyond. They didn't have my order but still came through with a tasty treat. Above and beyond when it comes to service. Excellent experience. I never received my collector cups though.

In town for work, ordered a tripple scoop from this location and received three small scoops that would not even amount to half of the icecream that I would get at my normal Baskin Robbins.

They seem to mess up the order every single time as far as the quantity that is ordered versus what is delivered.

I ordered an entire turtle pie. BR did not have turtle pie. Then, my door dasher had to argue to get an entire other pie in its place because BR only wanted to give her one slice---even though I ordered an entire pie. The oreo replacement was good though.
