As a first-time customer with Batch New Southern Kitchen & Tap, I was thoroughly impressed and will certainly be returning! The meal was absolutely divine, well prepared and full of flavor. I placed my order through DoorDash, and despite it being a busy Friday night, especially on Valentine’s Day, the food arrived promptly and at the perfect temperature. The Cajun Chicken Pasta was well spiced, not too hot, not too mild. Also ordered the Banana Puddin', absolutely phenomenal! Exceptional experience all around! Yum!

Smoked Short Rib Iwas blown away! I have never had a Smoked Short Rib and it will not be the last time I order it.
The portion size was decent!!
Buttermilk Drop Biscuits were the fluffliest biscuits ever. The butter and jam were definitely freshly made.Banana Puddin' I letcha know, but if it is anything like everything else, I will not b disappointed;

Carolina Brisket Sandwich is fire !! Banana Puddin' is my personal favorite! Everything comes in large portion sizes. Keeping this place in our bi-weekly rotation

The BBQ Pulled Pork Eggrolls were perfectly crispy even after about 15 minutes of bag time. Scrumptious, love the chive, the ranch sets it off perfectly.
The Loaded Fries were delicious but a bit too salty for me. The cheese to fry ratio was a little cheese-heavy, but I think most people would appreciate that. They weren't too soggy after bag time, even for loaded fries. I'd still order them again, but maybe with the cheese on the side.

Really disappointed, $9 add on to add chicken.. this is how much they give, crazy. I have eaten here in person so I am assuming they are just cutting To-Go orders short because the person isn't dining in. Super disappointed and won't be ordering from here again.
