While I love the flavor of the Sweet & Salty Garlic Boneless , the chicken pieces were drowning in the sauce, and not only it was making the chicken pieces soggy, the sauce was coming out of the container. It was a good thing the box was inside a plastic bag, otherwise the sauce would be all over the place.

Spicy Original Wings i usually love these Spicy Original Wings! but the last couple times I've ordered them it tastes like they've been cooked in old or burned oil. really sad because they are typically really good. The bb.q in glendale is honestly ALOT BETTER, and much more consistent. Safe to say im really disappointed because I do love their chicken.

One of the best chicken I've ever had. Very delicious and it smells so sweet and garlic....omg..... One thing, guys, your chicken costs $20+, add one complementary sauce and everyone will be happy.

BB.Q Chicken is known for their crispy chicken, so I was so disappointed when my order came and my Galbi Wings were soggy. It wasn't a matter of the wings being in a plastic bag, because I've ordered them from other locations and they were crispy for days. Either this location didn't dry the wings well enough during the dredging process or didn't fry/let them drip long enough and rushed the order because the DoorDasher was waiting. It wasn't an off day either, since my order the previous day was soggy too. Really hoping they improve, so I can continue to get my craving fix. Steamed Rice was on point, though, so I guess that's a plus.

I really like this place the flavor be flavoring !! And has a good crunch . I would say they should season the inside meat more but the outside is fire
