I was honestly disappointed with this order, especially because I usually expect better. I will say the portion sizes were great and you definitely get a good amount of food for the price, but unfortunately that was the only positive. The chicken looked pale and tasted bland with barely any seasoning, and it did not taste fresh at all. It felt like it had been sitting for a while before being served, which completely took away from the experience.
The mac and cheese was even more disappointing. The cheese was not mixed properly, so instead of being creamy and flavorful it tasted off and unbalanced. On top of that, there was a strange white, creamy substance in it that looked and tasted more like coleslaw dressing than mac and cheese, which was very unappetizing.
Overall, the food felt rushed, poorly prepared, and lacking the freshness and quality I expect from Popeyes. Even with the generous portions, the taste and quality just were not there. Because of this experience, I would not order from this location again.

The boneless fried chicken was delivered as wings and thighs with very little meat and mostly a heavily breaded coating. This is the second time this issue has occurred, which is very disappointing. I would like to request a full refund for this order, as it was not edible and had to be discarded.

The fried chicken was very good. I think it better quality than the Colonel's bird.
The cole slaw was tasty as was the mashed potatoes. I'd like to know what in the gravy. And the Diet Coke was likewise good. I wish both the mashed potatoes and cold slaw portions were a bit larger.

Lots of breading on the chicken, ordered spicy but it did not taste spicy, and temperature wise, chicken was just warm. Better packaging may help. I know it's fried chicken but the chicken was not only over breaded but it was overcooked and nearly dried up.
