Both Mini Eclair Puffs and Dulce de Leche are fresh and delicious.  The caramel in the Dulce de Leche is incredible.  Please make mini Dulce de Leche puffs!  Worth becoming a member for ::-)

besides a few hiccups with shell mix matches, these cream puffs are probably some of the best i've had!! not too sweet and has a nice crunch.
