first time I have ordered here and I've got to say these burgers are delicious, nice and size and cooked the way I asked. The french fries and onion rings are delicious as well. Thank you BEAR'S BIG BURGER W/ CHEESE

The BEAR'S BIG BURGER W/ CHEESE was really good. I wanted pink in the middle but it was all the way done. Ordered pickles, ketchup said mayo on the burger but it didn't have any of that. The SIDE OF ONION RINGS were delicious and that sauce was amazing. French fries were ok, they were like miniature steak fries. They don't put any silverware or napkins, just a FYI.

Just absolutely baffled. Burger was not complete, didn't have avocado or bacon as the picture showed. French fries were un seasoned, under cooked, and soggy. Didn't even send condiments or ask if I wanted condiments when customizing the burger. Everything was seasonless. I give this place a 1/5 in all categories; taste, freshness, and packaging. Soggy old lettuce, warm mushy tomatoes, and half cooked French fries. Wish I could get my money back for this.
