jus should probably be packaged separately (or at least with the short rib, separate from the couscous. couscous absorbed everything and left the short rib a bit dry.)
chickpeas don't make any sense in the dish.
all that said, everything on its own was delicious and well made.

Spaghetti Alla Bolognese was so delicious, the perfect portion, and the rosemary foccacia that came with it was ligot flavorful and the perfect accompaniment. I will be ordering again!

Seared Pork Belly was really good. Tender and flavorful. Sicilian Rosa Bianca Eggplant Caponata was tasty. Not what i expected. Might order again. Broccoli Romanesco Fritters was ok. Expected more broccoli.

The food is really good. BUT, im not normally a portion police, but 5 ravilois is tough for 20 bucks. Flour and water gives you more food.
