Loved both of the sherbets and the portions of the Small (2 scoops) were perfect it was still ice cold when I got it would definitely order again

First time getting a Custom Brownie Sundae (2 scoops) from this location and unfortunately very disappointed :(
Not much ice cream and the brownie definitely was NOT fresh..
Almost $20 thrown away..

They didn't even give me a banana split. They gave me one banana and it's extreme hard, not ripe at all. Worst banana split ever. This is the first time I've had a terrible experience with this company.

I ordered a Vanilla Custom Milkshake (20oz) and, it barely had any ice cream in it. It had the consistency of milk and also tasted like milk.

The Custom Milkshake (20oz) are great. The only downside is that if you order a shake flavor that has peanut butter they seem to scoop around the peanut butter (skimp on it) to make it easier and less bulky to blend. As someone who loves peanut butter it ruined alot of the experience. The consistency was very watery instead of thick the way other shops do peanut butter milkshakes
