Ordered twice on different days and both really really good. A bit expensive for just one burger thats medium sized but will order again because they were good

First time ever eating from this food chain and I'm sorry to say I won't be having it again. All items arrived cold and the onion rings are so dry and over fried the onion has disintegrated. The chips weren't much better unfortunately. Disappointing waste of $100.

Ordered the Noosa as a bare and normally never have a problem but this time the lettuce wrapping the burger was even big enough to hold it together. Thankfully they wrap the burgers in paper!

The meet was dry the chips cold. Tiny portions for the $$. Would not order again

Ordered 2 burgers and only got 1. Also all the chips were cold and the meat was very dry. Was not worth more than $40 but was somehow $100. Please do better guys.
