This was my first time ordering from Big AL'S, will definitely order again!
The Roasted Jalapeno Cream Cheese Burger Combo patty tasted fresh, had nice charbroil crust; jalapeños were thick cut; onions were diced so I couldn't remove, but didn't have too many, so manageable (app wouldn't let customize standard toppings).
Classic fries were thin-cut, a little cool after delivery, probably super tasty in store. The portion size was bigger than I expected and I really liked the salt and light black pepper seasoning on the fries.
The Lavender Honey Shake was so good! I'm not a big shake or ice cream person, but other reviews piqued my interest, definitely worth the price upgrade!

Look this is going to be an honest detailed review after three orders. First, overall quality is spot on as far the 60/40 burger, fries, and Chicago Dog. I'd say 9/10 (as long as you get it fresh). Second, if you are ordering delivery, make sure you're at least 10-15 min away from Big Al's. It'll ensure you experience a nice hot (maybe warm) meal. Lastly, this place hits all the American classic flavors extremely well. Burgers are simple yet flavorful, fries are perfectly crispy and thin, hot dogs make you feel like you're at a baseball game. Just great food. AS LONG AS YOU EAT IN OR DONT LIVE TOO FAR FOR DELIVERY.

Mushroom Swiss Burger was good and the Cheeseburger Bowl was delicious and light still. Chili cheese fries was a miss didn't care for them. The Reuben Dog was alright the dog was way way over cooked and tough to eat but the toast bun was delicious.

The 60/40 Combo was one of the best burgers I've had! So juicy and FULL of flavor! The fries were nice and crispy with just the right amount of seasoning!

Best burgers in town and safe for my Celiac husband. They are super cautious so this is the only place in town he can enjoy a delicious burger with fries!
