The steak potato was good and also had Cajun salmon pasta it was so much couldn't eat it all by myself but loved it.

I was originally hesitant about ordering but man am I glad I did. The portion size on the Big Back is such a great value. A full portion of seafood pasta with 2 big pieces of catfish and 5 jumbo shrimp. Everything was fresh. I'll definitely be back again.

My food was ready within about 25 minutes, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, while everything looked amazing, the taste did not quite live up to the presentation.
The shrimp was extremely salty, and I am someone who normally does not mind salt at all, but this was a lot. The size of the shrimp was nice though, so that was a plus. The catfish was also over-salted, but not nearly as bad as the shrimp, so it was more tolerable.
The seafood pasta tasted good overall, but it was not what I expected. It was pretty minimal, and there were barely any veggies. Could you not, there were two tiny pieces of bell pepper in the whole entire pasta which was very disappointing because this whole plate was nothing but carbs and protein.
After seeing so much hype about this place on TikTok, I really thought it was going to be a hit, but I do not think I would order from this place again. If you are someone who is sensitive to salt/sodium, I definitely would NOT recommend this spot.

I expected the breading on the catfish and shrimp to be a little more crispy. I had to pop it in my air fryer. It wasn't seasoned that well either. The amount of food is great for the price though. The pasta would've been better with some veggies
