Ordered a big boy sandwich and there was so much big boy sauce the patties were sliding around and off the bun. it was disgusting and the taste wasn't much better I had to throw it out. I also ordered cole slaw and they gave me fries instead.

The Sandwich was great (as usual) but did not like the waffle fries. They were seasoned waffle fries (which I don't like).

ordered coleslaw with 2 meals, they switched them both out for fries. Parmesan Crusted Cod all I can say is DISGUSTING and extremely chewy. Didn't receive rice with that order, didn't finish after first bite. the other 2 tiems were bland and poor quality as well. will never order from big boy ever again.

they forgot my fries was out of my soup the big boy was good though onion rings were horrible they taste like old grease and the pie was tasty
