Slim Jim combo was excellent, asusual. Staff was great; patient,hepful and responsible. This locarions is the best!

ordered a bowl of Broccoli soup. received a cup, of very watered down runny soup with zero taste no ham and a few Broccoli pieces.
No salad dressing for the salad. salad was in bag upside down so it spilled all in the bag.

that was the WORST big boy sandwich ever. the burger and buns were much larger around and there was jut nothing to it. I could have eaten paper and got the same result. not enough sauce or lettuce . i used to lovethe sandwch, but will NEVER get another one. I have also had a taste for your fish dinner and the spaghetti dinner. I will give your establishment one more try, but if it gets the same result, I will be done with Big Boy like so many other people.
I can see why the restaurant chain is having trouble....$15.00 for a burger and fries that I end up throwing out......not cool.

I ordered the Big Boy and Slim Jim with fries, coleslaw, and strawberry shake. I did not get the shake, instead, they sent a Pepsi, which I don't even drink. I drink diet pop. The sandwiches were wrapped in paper and there was so much sauce on the Big Boy that it slid off the in and the bottom bun was soggy and sauce all over the outside of the bun. The coleslaw was bad...like past its date and the fries were old as well. Overall, not good. I would not order from here.

Ordered from DoorDash last week and got Slim Jim's and they were wonderful. They looked fresh and good this time. The bunny looks burnt inside the tomatoes look horrible. The lettuce looks horrible. Wasn't happy this time..
