I moved to the area 2 yrs ago from a major city and it's been hard to find good food. I was sadly disappointed by other soul food establishments but I wanted to give it one last try. To my surprise I wasn't disappointed. The portion size was enough for two meals, the fried chicken was juicy and you could tell they used fresh grease, the Mac n cheese and greens were delicious. I'll definitely order again!

food was amazing! baked mac and cheese was great the spices on the green beans were perfect and the fried Whiting, was crispy but yet cooked perfectly.

the chicken sizes wer HUGEaand the sauce was delicious however!!! THE SIDES TASTED HORRIBLE!!! How could you mess up cabbage rice and collards??

The food was not good at all. I dont think my strings beans were cooked all the way. The food was poorly seasoned in my opinion. The ribs were tender but I personally didnt care for the sauce. I will say the portion size were good. Overall, I will not be ordering from there again.

While I did not get what I ordered( got potato salad asked for sweet potatoes), maybe I should have said yams lol, the food I got was excellent. The Fried Catfish was tender and crunchy!! Will be ordering again!!!
