First time I've ordered from Birrieria Matador. It was delicious. I didn't realize it didn't come with cheese, so I added my own. Next time, and there will be a next time, I'll be sure they add the cheese. The consume was rich and delicious, not at all salty. The value for my money was excellent. I had enough left over for lunch tomorrow. The ingredients were fresh, as I had added onions, cilantro, lime, and radishes. I ordered the mini taco plate.

Birria matador NEVER fails. The food is always delicious, well seasoned and cooked properly. The sides and salsas are always fresh. A must for birria and Mexican.

For the price, it was a ton of food. Great flavor and nothing was soggy. All in all it was freaking amazing, 10 out of 10 would recommend!!!!

I had never tried Birria tacos before and searched it and came across Birrieria Matador and ordered their QuesaTacos and THEY ARE AMAZING. I ordered again and got some for my husband and him and his coworkers all LOVED them. Definitely my fave Mexican place in town now. They fill you up and have always been hot and fresh.

Always hits the spot! The meat is so tender and flavorful, The portion is perfect for a full belly, I would definitely order again and again.
