Their pepperoni pizza is a symphony of flavors. Bisonte's Buffalo-style pizza stands out like a peacock among pigeons. The crust is crispy and chewy, the rich tomato sauce and generous cheese form the perfect base, and the pepperoni curls at the edges like a Southern summer afternoon. The garlic crust option adds a comforting layer of flavor.
Bisonte’s specialty pizzas are equally delightful. The Bisonte Classic, loaded with pepperoni, mushrooms, onions, hot peppers, black olives, Italian sausage, and capicola, is a hearty stew of flavors on a perfectly baked crust. Having sampled nearly everything on their menu, I can confidently say Bisonte never disappoints. Bisonte claims to be the best pizza in Charlotte. I'm not sure about that. Their pizza is far from terrible but to be the "best" you've got to have an excellent product and this isn't excellent. The sauce was rather bland. The crust was good but there was hardly any sausage for a $3.20 topping. All in all, I'll give Bisonte three stars out of five. I'll probably not order from here again.

Delicious pizza and wings! Buffalo style pizza with garlic crust and Carolina gold wings from the pit. Yum!

The crust on both pizzas were overcooked. Supposed to be NY style and we couldn't fold it at all. One was butter crust and it was saturated. Toppings- cheese, pepperoni, and Italian sausage were flavorful though. We order from the Uptown location a lot and it's always been perfect so I'm guessing the location is the issue. Dunno.

I ordered for the first time from Bisonte. the pizza was delicious. great sauce. It was cooked perfectly. the wings were good. excellent blue cheese dressing.
