Everything was packaged well for a delivery of ice cream for our Salted Caramel Pizookie and Strawberry Pizookie. Only came with one side of whipped cream and strawberry topping. We were hoping they would pack another whipped cream and caramel topping as they would say the restaurant. Other than that, EXCELLENCE!

We really love the pizza usually but unfortunately, it seems they've downgraded the fare they are offering for their kids' meals. We got a couple of pizzas and a chicken Alfredo for the kiddos and instead of the pizza being a smaller version of their regular pizzas w/ a soft crust & tomatoes included with the pepperoni, both pizzas were smaller by 2 less slices than before and looked to be made perhaps on a frozen focaccia or garlic bread that had been thawed. The bottom of both pizzas were really crispy and the crust was dry. There were no tomatoes and just a little pizza sauce drizzled over the top. The chicken Alfredo used to be a decent portion for a kid's meal but it looked to be about half the amount compared to orders in the past. And there was very little chicken included. The amount of broccoli was about half what it had been in the past as well and the milk cups are smaller too. The fruit cup side was the same as past orders with a decent amount. Overall very disappointing.

Only good part the Kids Chicken Breast. Didn't get our 6pk of Root Beer weren't very apologetic about it just said they're busy. Asparagus for $7.00 was horrible and shouldn't have been offered, but hey they made their $$. Pizookie is way chocolate overload, but ice cream is very good. Ribs aren't trimmed so there's the tough burnt flap meat to get through and no extra sauce with the ribs, can't even order it?? Salad is no frills for sure two croutons with some field greens that's it. No tomato or veggies. Expensive miss on this one.

Unfortunately, the prime rib was tough and tasteless, the vegetables were bland, and the baked potato and au jus sauce were missing. For $42, the meal did not meet expectations and was not worth the price.

The fried fish was dark brown and over fried dripping with oil. The jumbo spaghetti noodle was overlooked and soggy. It's a total disappointment for the price customers are being charged. I used to love n your restaurant but after this. Now m not sure if I'll ever eat there again.
